PAVE (Parallactic Visual-Field Enhancement) System for Treatment of Chronic Visual Field Loss Due to Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, or Brain Surgery

This is a research study to evaluate the effectiveness of the PAVE (Parallactic Visual-Field Enhancement) System for the treatment of chronic visual field loss due to stroke, traumatic brain injury, or brain surgery. The PAVE regimen involves the use of a virtual reality headset to deliver visual stimulation to subjects diagnosed with visual field loss. The primary objective is to demonstrate that there is an improvement in the visual field after use of the PAVE therapy over a period of eight weeks with three sessions per week. The primary outcome is an increase in visual field area as measured with Goldmann-type kinetic perimetry. The secondary outcome will be demonstration that the subjective assessment of visual function using the National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire (NEI-VFQ) is better after PAVE therapy when compared to before therapy. The participants will visit the investigators office at the start of the study to establish a baseline for visual field size and visual field function. The subject will use PAVE in the office or at home three times per week for eight weeks. There will be twenty four therapy sessions in total. At four weeks the subject will visit the office and have perimetry measurements. At eight weeks the subject will visit the office and have perimetry measurements and complete the NEI-VFQ survey. Four weeks after the completion of the therapy sessions a follow up visit will take place where visual field measurement using kinetic perimetry and NEI-VFQ will be administered.

The software analyzes surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) profiles of extracellular vesicles (EVs) extracted from human plasma for the early detection of multiple cancers, including lung, ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers.

Loupe-Based Intraoperative Fluorescence Imaging

Glioblastoma Multiforme ยท Anaplastic Astrocytoma

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and anaplastic astrocytoma (AA) are the most common primary malignant brain tumors. Survival of patients with these brain tumors is directly related to the extent of resection. Consequently, a great deal of effort has been directed at developing techniques and technologies that allow more extensive, safe resections. This study will test a loupe-based wearable device in the clinical setting and compare its accuracy with a large operative microscope to identify tumor tissues. Postoperative histopathological analysis on tumor tissues will be used as gold standards for comparison. The outcome from this study will be a low-cost, miniaturized, easy-to-operate, loupe-based fluorescence imaging device for intraoperative guidance of brain tumor resection with the same level of accuracy as the large microscope.

Study of Navtemadlin add-on to Ruxolitinib in JAK Inhibitor-Naรฏve Patients With Myelofibrosis Who Have a Suboptimal Response to Ruxolitinib

This clinical trial is evaluating whether addition of navtemadlin to ruxolitinib treatment will provide more clinical benefit than ruxolitinib alone for patients with Myelofibrosis who have a suboptimal response to ruxolitinib treatment alone. Subjects will start by receiving ruxolitinib alone in the run-in period. Those who demostrate a suboptimal response from ruxolitinib alone will then be randomized 2:1 to receive navtemadlin or navtemadlin placebo as add-on treatment to their ongoing ruxolitinib. Randomized means that subjects will be assigned to a group by chance, like a flip of a coin. The study is blinded, meaning the subjects, doctors, central endpoint assessors and sponsor will not know which add on treatment (navtemadlin or navtemadlin placebo) the subject is receiving.

Safety and Preliminary Efficacy of OBT076 in Recurrent/Metastatic CD205+ Solid Tumors

Solid Tumor

The purpose of this study is to evaluate OBT076, which is a drug that combines an antibody with an anti-cancer drug. This class of drugs are called Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC). Antibodies are normally produced in the human body by the immune system to fight infections but can be designed to target cancer cells and deliver an anti-cancer drug. OBT076 is composed of an antibody that targets the CD205 protein on cancer cells and delivers an anti-cancer drug which can kill them. OBT076 is an "Investigational Drug", which means that it is still being studied and has not yet been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or any other regulatory authorities to be prescribed by doctors for the treatment of metastatic or recurrent solid tumors. The use of OBT076 in this study is investigational. This is a Phase I research study designed to look at several dose levels of the study drug to find the highest dose level that is safe and well-tolerated (does not cause unacceptable side effects), and to examine the effects of the study drug in a small group of research participants. The study will also look at the effectiveness of OBT076 as an anti-cancer therapy. Once the optimal dose is determined and safety is assessed, additional research participants will be treated at the optimal dose level to further evaluate safety and effectiveness.

Artificial Intelligence Mapping and Ablation of Non-Pulmonary Vein Electrical Drivers of AF Study

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the use of the Vektor Computational ECG Mapping System (vMapยฎ) with pulmonary vein isolation (PVI), to using PVI alone, to treat Atrial Fibrillation (AF) in adults. Participants will have a 50/50 or 1 out of 2 chance of being placed in the treatment or control arm. The control arm of the study involves PVI alone for ablation procedure(s). The treatment arm involves the use of vMap mapping in addition to PVI to plan ablation procedure(s).

This study is being conducted to look at the effect YB-101 has on thyroid function. This study will also evaluate how safe and well tolerated YB-101 is and how it is distributed through the body. The study consists of a part 1, blinded treatment period, and a part 2 double-blinded treatment period. Participants will receive YB-101 or Placebo subcutaneously. Participants who participate in Part 1 can not participate in Part 2. Participants will complete 34-39 in-clinic visits in Part 1 or Part 2 over an approximate 40 week period.
