Smoldering Plasma Cell Myeloma
This phase III trial studies how well lenalidomide and dexamethasone works with or without daratumumab in treating patients with high-risk smoldering myeloma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as daratumumab, may induce changes in the body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving lenalidomide and dexamethasone with daratumumab may work better in treating patients with smoldering myeloma.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if the Talk With Me Baby (TWMB) program improves the home-language environment for at-risk families with children ages two to six months when primary care providers deliver the program during well-child checkups. The main question it aims to answer is: Will the TWMB program increase the time a caregiver talks to their infant? Participants will: 1. Come to at least four well-child checkups 2. Receive the TWMB program from the provider during the checkups 3. Record their conversations with their infant before they receive the program and after they receive the program four times.

This phase III trial compares stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), (five treatments over two weeks using a higher dose per treatment) to usual radiation therapy (20 to 45 treatments over 4 to 9 weeks) for the treatment of high-risk prostate cancer. SBRT uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period of time. This trial is evaluating if shorter duration radiation prevents cancer from coming back as well as the usual radiation treatment.
RFA · Microwave Ablation · Pancreatic Lesion
This is a single-center, investigator-initiated, prospective observational registry that will collect longitudinal clinical data on adult patients (≥18 years) undergoing endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) or microwave ablation (MWA) for pancreatic and other gastrointestinal/hepatobiliary lesions as part of routine clinical care. The registry will not alter standard-of-care management. Data will be abstracted from the medical record and routine clinical systems. Primary outcomes include change in target lesion size on clinically obtained imaging and overall survival following ablation. Secondary outcomes include changes in tumor biomarkers, adverse events, non-target lesion changes, and patient-reported symptoms.
Acute Ischemic Stroke
SELECT LATE trial aims to evaluate if addition of endovascular thrombectomy to medical management in patients presenting with acute ischemic stroke and a proximal large vessel occlusion in the anterior circulation between 24 and 72 hours of stroke onset results in achieving better functional outcomes (measured using modified Rankin Scale Scores) at 90-day follow-up (± 15 days).

The purpose of this clinical trial is to investigate Low Intensity Focused Ultrasound (LIFU) using the Exablate® Model 4000 Type 2.0/2.1 as an adjunctive neuromodulatory treatment for OUD (Opioid Use Disorder) and/or other Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) by assessing its safety and tolerability in subjects with OUD.

The goal of this study is to understand if SLT performed at low energy is as effective as SLT performed at standard energy, and also to see if repeating SLT at low energy once a year will prevent or delay the need for daily eye drop medications better than waiting for SLT to wear off before repeating it.

Triple Negative Breast Cancer
The goal of this study is to find out if the experimental product, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) in combination with pembrolizumab given after surgery, is effective and safe compared to the treatment of physician's choice (TPC) which includes either pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine in participants with triple negative breast cancer that still remains after surgery and pre-surgical treatment.
Pancreatic Neoplasm
The purpose of this study is to compare two approaches for monitoring pancreatic cysts as well as to identify associated biomarkers. The study doctors want to compare more frequent monitoring versus less frequent monitoring as well as identify biomarkers which may improve risk detection of transformation to pancreatic cancer. The study doctors want to learn which monitoring method and which biomarkers lead to better outcomes for patients.
