Artificial Intelligence Mapping and Ablation of Non-Pulmonary Vein Electrical Drivers of AF Study

Atrial Fibrillation (AF)

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the use of the Vektor Computational ECG Mapping System (vMapยฎ) with pulmonary vein isolation (PVI), to using PVI alone, to treat Atrial Fibrillation (AF) in adults. Participants will have a 50/50 or 1 out of 2 chance of being placed in the treatment or control arm. The control arm of the study involves PVI alone for ablation procedure(s). The treatment arm involves the use of vMap mapping in addition to PVI to plan ablation procedure(s).

Effects of Carnosine In Patients With Peripheral Arterial Disease Patients

Peripheral Arterial Disease

The purpose of this study is to determine whether carnosine (a food ingredient found in chicken and red meat) supplementation (2 g) for 6 months in participants with non-claudication and claudication peripheral arterial disease (PAD) improves walking ability. Previous studies with heart failure patients have shown that carnosine supplementation increases walking capacity in these patients.

Non-invasive Spinal Cord Stimulation and Blood Pressure Regulation After Spinal Cord Injury

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if non-invasive spinal cord stimulation intervention improves blood pressure regulation in individuals with chronic spinal cord injury. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Can site specific spinal cord stimulation enhance blood pressure regulation? * Does this stimulation affect enzymes responsible for blood pressure regulation? Researchers will stimulate different sites of spinal cord and compare to see if site-specific stimulation provide blood pressure stability. Participants will have up to six pairs of self-adhesive conductive electrodes placed on the skin over the spinal cord (midline and/or just to the left and right of midline) as cathodes and up to six pairs of self-adhesive electrodes located symmetrically on the skin over the iliac crests, clavicles, shoulders, and/or abdominal muscles (left and right of the umbilicus) as anodes for stimulation of the spinal cord.

This is a randomised, multicentre, controlled, open-label, Phase III global study comparing the efficacy and safety of standard induction regimens (IsaVRd and DRd) followed by AZD0120 versus standard induction regimens followed by continuous therapy (IsaRd and DRd) in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) who are ineligible for autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) as initial therapy.

Pragmatic Evaluation of Events And Benefits of Lipid-lowering in Older Adults

PREVENTABLE is a multi-center, randomized, parallel group, placebo-controlled superiority study. Participants will be randomized 1:1 to atorvastatin 40 mg or placebo. This large study conducted in community-dwelling older adults without cardiovascular disease (CVD) or dementia will demonstrate the benefit of statins for reducing the primary composite of death, dementia, and persistent disability and secondary composites including mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and cardiovascular events.

A Study to Learn About the Effects of Cemsidomide in Combination With Elranatamab in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma Subjects

Multiple Myeloma (MM)

The main purpose of the study is to understand the safety and tolerability of cemsidomide when given along with elranatamab in subjects with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The first part of the study will evaluate different dose levels of cemsidomide in combination with elranatamab in a limited number of subjects. Approximately 3 different dose levels of cemsidomide in combination with elranatamab may be explored. Once a dose level is determined safe, additional subjects may be enrolled through expansion of the dose level. This expansion will provide further exploration of the safety and evaluation of preliminary antimyeloma activity. Cemsidomide will be taken orally each cycle for 14 days on/14 days off (1 cycle=28 days). Elranatamab will be administered by subcutaneous injection twice a month. Dexamethasone will be administered weekly until a confirmed response but no longer than 4 cycles.

The purpose of this study is to determine if de-implementation of inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) in the post-natal resuscitation/stabilization phase affects the composite outcome of extracorporeal life support (ECLS) use and/or mortality, as well as ECLS use, mortality, and/or oxygenation in congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) newborns and to establish the cost-effectiveness of de-implementing iNO as a therapy in the postnatal resuscitation/stabilization phase of CDH management, which will be assessed as the incremental health system costs (savings) per prevented ECLS use and/or death.

A Window of Opportunity Trial to Learn if Linvoseltamab is Safe and Well Tolerated, and How Well it Works in Adult Participants With Recently Diagnosed Multiple Myeloma Who Have Not Already Received Treatment

Multiple Myeloma

This study is researching an experimental drug called linvoseltamab (called "study drug"). The study is focused on participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) who are eligible for high dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell transplantation (transplant-eligible) or ineligible for autologous stem cell transplantation (transplant-ineligible). The aim of this clinical trial is to study the safety, tolerability (how the body reacts to the drug), and effectiveness (tumor shrinkage) of linvoseltamab in study participants with NDMM as a first step in determining if the study drug has a role in the treatment of NDMM. This study consists of 2 phases: * In Phase 1 Parts A and B, the study drug will be given to participants to study the side effects of the study drug and to establish the regimen (initial doses and full dose) of the study drug to be given to participants in Phase 2. * In Phase 1 Part C, the study drug will be given to participants to study the side effects when using different initial doses of the study drug. * In Phase 2, the study drug will be given to more participants to continue to assess the side effects of the study drug and to evaluate the activity of the study drug to shrink the tumor (multiple myeloma) in participants with NDMM. The study is looking at several research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking linvoseltamab? * What the right dosing regimen is for linvoseltamab? * How many participants treated with linvoseltamab have improvement of their disease and for how long? * The effects of linvoseltamab study treatment before and after transplant * How much linvoseltamab is in the blood at different times? * Whether the body makes antibodies against linvoseltamab (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects).
