The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if KQB168 works to treat advanced solid tumor cancer in adults. It will also learn about the safety of KQB168. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the safe dose of KQB168 by itself or in combination with pembrolizumab? * Does KQB168 alone or in combination with pembrolizumab decrease the size of the tumor? * What happens to KQB168 in the body? Participants will: * Take KQB168 daily, alone or in combination with pembrolizumab * Visit the clinic about 8 times in the first 8 weeks, and then once every 3 weeks after that

Caris Chromoseq Data Collection

Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) Β· Myelodysplastic (MDS) / Myeloproliferative (MPN) Diseases Β· Myelodysplatic Syndromes

The study will collect clinical data on patients who receive the Caris Chromoseq assay for an underlying hematologic malignancy. The assay provides risk stratification for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), or myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). The hypothesis of the study is that Caris Chromoseq compares favorably to conventional cytogenetics, FISH, and NGS analysis in terms of risk stratification capabilities, ease of use, and turnaround time.

Safety and Preliminary Efficacy of OBT076 in Recurrent/Metastatic CD205+ Solid Tumors

Solid Tumor

The purpose of this study is to evaluate OBT076, which is a drug that combines an antibody with an anti-cancer drug. This class of drugs are called Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC). Antibodies are normally produced in the human body by the immune system to fight infections but can be designed to target cancer cells and deliver an anti-cancer drug. OBT076 is composed of an antibody that targets the CD205 protein on cancer cells and delivers an anti-cancer drug which can kill them. OBT076 is an "Investigational Drug", which means that it is still being studied and has not yet been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or any other regulatory authorities to be prescribed by doctors for the treatment of metastatic or recurrent solid tumors. The use of OBT076 in this study is investigational. This is a Phase I research study designed to look at several dose levels of the study drug to find the highest dose level that is safe and well-tolerated (does not cause unacceptable side effects), and to examine the effects of the study drug in a small group of research participants. The study will also look at the effectiveness of OBT076 as an anti-cancer therapy. Once the optimal dose is determined and safety is assessed, additional research participants will be treated at the optimal dose level to further evaluate safety and effectiveness.

Retinoblastoma (RB) is a primary eye cancer that forms in the back of the eye of infants and toddlers. Traditionally, RB is diagnosed without a biopsy; tumor can only be studied once an eye has been surgically removed. Given this limitation, we use aqueous humor (AH), the clear fluid in the front of the eye to detect specific markers, or information, that comes from the tumor itself.

DAREONβ„’-5: A Study to Test Whether Different Doses of BI 764532 Help People With Small Cell Lung Cancer or Other Neuroendocrine Cancers

This study is open to adults with small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumours. The study is in people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful or no standard treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of BI 764532 (also called obrixtamig) that people with advanced cancer can tolerate. 2 different doses of BI 764532 are tested in this study. Another purpose is to check whether BI 764532 can make tumours shrink. BI 764532 is an antibody-like molecule (DLL3/CD3 bispecific) that may help the immune system fight cancer. The study has 3 parts. In Part 1, participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. Participants have an equal chance of being in either group. One group gets dose 1 of BI 764532 and the other group gets dose 2 of BI 764532. In Part 2 and Part 3, all participants receive the same dose of BI 764532. Part 2 and Part 3 are open to people with a certain kind of tumour called extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma. All participants receive BI 764532 as an infusion into a vein when starting treatment. If there is benefit for the participants and if they can tolerate it, the treatment is given up to the maximum duration of the study. During this time, participants visit the study site regularly. The total number of visits depends on how they respond to and tolerate the treatment. The first study visits include an overnight stay to monitor participantsΒ΄ safety. Doctors record any unwanted effects and regularly check the general health of the participants.

DALY II USA is a phase II, multi-center, single arm study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of zamtocabtagene autoleucel (MB-CART2019.1) in patients with relapsed and/or refractory B cell lymphoma (BCL). Cohorts include subjects with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after receiving at least 2 lines of therapy, primary or secondary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma (PCNSL) and (SCNSL) after receiving at least one line of therapy, mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and Richter's transformation (RT) after receiving at least one line of therapy, and DLBCL transplant-ineligible after receiving at least one line of therapy.

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of GDC-4198 alone and in combination with giredestrant and also the efficacy of GDC-4198 + giredestrant versus abemaciclib + giredestrant in participants with locally advanced or metastatic ER+, HER2- breast cancer. The study consists of 2 phases: Phase Ib and Phase II. Phase Ib will evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) of GDC-4198 alone and in combination with giredestrant. Phase II stage will compare the activity and safety of GDC-4198 and giredestrant with abemaciclib and giredestrant.

Shorter Chemo-Immunotherapy Without Anthracycline Drugs for Early-Stage Triple Negative Breast Cancer

This phase III trial compares the effects of shorter chemotherapy (chemo)-immunotherapy without anthracyclines to usual chemo-immunotherapy for the treatment of early-stage triple negative breast cancer. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called anti-microtubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of cancer cells. Cyclophosphamide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by damaging the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. It may also lower the body's immune response. Docetaxel is in a class of medications called taxanes. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Doxorubicin is an anthracycline chemotherapy drug that damages DNA and may kill cancer cells. Pembrolizumab may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Shorter treatment without anthracycline chemotherapy may work the same as the usual anthracycline chemotherapy treatment for early-stage triple negative breast cancer.
